NewKidCo Warner release indicates deal with NewKidCo is final? "...About NewKidCo NewKidCo, L.L.C, is a New York-based kids video game publisher, majority-owned by Alpha Software (a division of SoftQuad International, NASDAQ:SWEBF)..." pursuant to SEC Rule10b-5, reliance, causation, etc...this statement simply could not be made unless said 'NewKidCo-Alpha deal' was final.
