Why is it you think that the pref will not
appreciate to $70. This is short term antics
by MM. One of the most extreme eg. of not converting
is Berkshire Hathaways shares. Plenty of Institutional
buy there A's at $45,000 - B's at $1,500. Its all
relative once they stabilize and are mfg. the 3
will align themselves accordingly.
