OzEmail, Bay Networks In Pact Friday May 29 10:10 AM EDT SYDNEY (Reuters) - Internet services group OzEmail said today it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Bay Networks to collaborate on integrating and promoting their respective Internet telephony services. "Together we intend to provide Bay Networks customers around the globe with the option of carrying voice calls using Internet technology," OzEmail chief executive officer Sean Howard said in a statement. Howard said OzEmail's Interline service will provide call routing, termination, authentication and settlement services supporting Bay Networks' customers in establishing voice-over- the-Internet as part of their business.
