Paul F,
I've enjoyed reading some of your posts in the past, but your constant personal attacks on PE has made me lose all respect for your opinion. I'm sure others on this thread feel the same. In fact, I shun this thread when I see your name, which brings up a question: Why don't you post when Intel is going up?
The answer, I believe, is that you only post to torment PE. I have no idea how this rivalry got started, but if it's personal, please take it off line. From a fairly impartial viewpoint, I see your obsession with degrading PE to be some kind of Oswald complex (there's a more colorful expression for it, but I don't want to get personal). The fact is that PE is a respected member of this thread, and many people enjoy his informative posts. He does stoop to personal attacks on occasion, but as far as I can tell, it's only in response to your inflammatory posts against him. I can excuse him for that; I think I might do the same thing.
As for Intel's stock price, other semi-equipment co's have doubled and then lost half of their value (AMD is a good example), while Intel doubled and has been flat for a year and a half. So what? If you expect a co to double every year, you had better start your own.
Waiting for you to grow up,
Len
