Greg,

You are right! When looking at the potential, we can conservatively base our numbers on the previous quarter. What this gives us is a very solid base to work from. A couple of things we do not know right now is:

1. How much of the estimated $37 million/year contract with Best Bank(reference investor packet) was included in last quarter. It's obvious that there is some ramp up time here and we'll only know how much was included in the last quarter by next quarter's 10q.

2. The new contract with Millenium, how long will it take to ramp up?

If you took the $37 million contract with Best Bank, divided it by 4, you come up with $9.2 million/quarter. Considering that the company did only $2.5 million last quarter and showed a net profit of $400k, I think it would be safe to assume that the Best Bank agreement is not yet fully implimented and there probably will be a length of time to ramp up. My guess is the same will happen with the Millenium deal. When all of these deals are put into place, IMO we should have a cash cow like you've never seen before. Another point that should be mentioned, in the last release, Mr Klotz stated "A number of companies have approached us, looking for alternatives to the traditional high-cost processing, associated with health care. I believe that FICI's flexibility and the ability to develop customized solutions to their needs, will result in substantial new business for us".

I think it's safe to say that we've just begun on this one.
