This stock will be a penny stock soon. As soon as someone starts selling, the bid will tumble. Jack and his buddies should be behind bars for the "shareholder value" plays he has performed. I just can't understand why CVIA should be giving WOTD shares or cash for them to take over the company - Shouldn't it have been the other way around? What is the future? - another reg S and another reverse split? By owning shares of this scam you are supporting this BS. Put your money some other company that will use your $$$ to build real success.
