Hello Paul: Share exchange agreement Receptagen Ltd RCG Shares issued 65,642,148 Apr 30 close $0.035 Mon 1 Jun 98 News Release Mr. Warren Wheeler reports Receptagen has signed a formal share exchange agreement with GRN Health International. The transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including regulatory and shareholder approval and other conditions which would be material to investors. Shareholders will be expected to vote on the acquisition and other matters described in the information circular and proxy at the annual and special shareholder meeting to be held in Toronto on June 30, 1998.
