Dr Huntly had the patent pending 3 years before meeting cyan and cyan forced Dr Huntly to make a special trip to remove all of his equiptment from cyan's property.Any contention about a patent lawsuit is stupid. This is a Red Herring. Or sour grapes . Think for a moment. here are two companies sitting side by side (granted one looks better than the other ie, landscaped) and two major players can chose a partner and they chose aqse over cyan. Either the two companies are stupid or Dr Huntly knows what he is doing . The land that aqse will aquire will help them get listed on the exchange. They will still maintain their office on that lava bed. The beat thing is that it will take only one tenth of the money to develope the new land freeing up resourses to expand promotion to the mainland they have a commitment to give the locals first crack at it first . and this comes from high up. Tommorow i will visit my first samon farm i am excited. Tom
