Yes the same General Secord from Iran Gate has or had a connection to ICMX (who was acquired by SEXI) in that bullet proof vests I've been told came from Ollie North's company (prior to his going public successfully) and which Secord and ICMX were selling to the third world. Associated at that time in ICMX were Tom Clines- Clines was the only one of the IRAN Gate affair who went to Jail.He was convicted of income tax evasion. As such he is a convicted fello.
