Regarding stock activity/non - could be associated with K VanNess exercising here options at .25 at end of their fiscal year - last friday. I believe she has 180K to 200k.
The Sears test is very exciting! Most major retailers do direct sourcing. This means that they will design and manufacturer the goods under their label. The test was for blouses (I saw the product and it looked great!). The test real test will come in play if the product sells. Sears will expect to get their reorder filled in a short period of time (1 to 2 weeks). For a traditional manufacturer, dealing with traditional prints, this is almost impossible. Even if they had the print in their inventory, they would be had pressed to fill the reoder to the piece. More than likely they would push for X units as a min. APTX is banking that they can turn the print reorder in the time required and to the piece. If this works this would be a huge break through for APTX and the apparel industry. I believe that it will open the door, big time, with Sears - other divisions. In addition, I am sure APTX will leverage this as they go after other retailers - JCP, Wal-Mart, Macys, etc.
This is the golden goose!!!
Keep your fingers crossed. I know they are. I'll keep you posted if and when I hear anything.
