It seems to me that INTC needs Merced ASAP. The PC market is caving in, and they need to accelerate their move upmarket into servers. Merced (and NT 5.0) should accelerate the trend of NT gaining on Unix. IMHO, any delay is unintentional, and hurts INTC. Tom
