JDN, we live in a society where prisoners are allowed to sue the prison because they don't like the food. Heck, I'm sure Ingram Micro can find grounds to sue me if they really wanted to. I suppose it could be argued that in today's legal system to not countersue is akin to admitting defeat from the start, which would mean you are probably right. On the other hand, it would put a crimp in my publicity campaign hopes if Ingram chose to settle this quietly. (g) - Jeff
