I love ya, Gary but sometimes you are not the clearest communicator. Can someone please clearly explain if I am getting all worked up for nothing.

Did the company really change the conditions of the "P's" from the term stated in the May 18th release? Are the extra shares that the "P" holders were not supposed to get until Oct. 1, 1999 (according to the May 18th press release) now available in a few days through a "just announced split"?

IF so, here is my comment.
A company cannot change terms without extending the opportunity. The fact that they announced the May 29th deadline to purchase to get the Oct. 1, 1999 "1 for 2" dividend on a May 18th press release... and then

within hours later, changed the term to a forward split is really unethical and possible very illegal. Just because you guys who own the "P's" think this is great, does not make it a legal or ethical manuveur in the eyes of the SEC. Wouldn't we all rather have the company play fair and totally above board? Mr. Fisher was already verbally changing the terms of the warrant over the phone last week to me and others. The games continue, I guess.

WHAT THE "H" is he up to? Anyone know? Man, there product appears to be great...why this nonsense?

The SEC has probably already been notified. The company is bringing negative PR on themselves for this latest cheesy manuvuer.

COMMENTS? Something VERY clearly stated would be nice!
