As I have always said .. the SEC rules and regulations have to be obeyed. PERIOD. The dividedn is being implimented as a split which is great for the P shareholders. I do not understand your anger.

Heck if you are long you get the 1 of every 2. I guess I am losing the meaning of why you are upset. You do not ever have to wait for any exercise date to get dividend or splits shares.

I think you are all excited about nothing.
