Archer; I guess my problem is that I've spent alot of time following SRCM and therefore I'm particularly sensitive about comments referring to announcements or disclosures as nothing new or not previously disclosed. You already know my position on last weeks conference call concerning their patent situation. There was plenty of new! info discussed. Now this.. <Most bad companies will hide negative news in their government filings. In SRCM's case these filings were the first time it was revealed that the Colorado Springs rollout of the Interactive Channel had been canceled, and that their CFO had departed.> Once again NOT TRUE. This was discussed at least twice at analyst demonstrations as far back as 4 to 6 months ago. The reason was that the roll-out in Colorado Springs was done on an analog box that was manufactured by SRCM. At that time there was no telling when the cable co's. were going to get their act in gear and roll-out digital services. Once they settled on an open architecture governing set top boxes and 15,000,000 boxes were ordered the decision was to concentrate efforts towards the digital roll-out. I will try to respond later re. warrants, I need to clarify a few things first. Regards; MW
