WHOA!!!! If you cannot see the unethical-ness of this makes me wonder about YOU. I wan tto set the record straight right now. I do not see where you or the others touting everywhere that this dividend or split is a problem UNLESS you sold you dividend or split shares thus creating a short position before you had them. I do not see where anything you are saying is valid except if you have you do have a problem. As far as my ethic I do not short stocks I am a private INVESTOR NOT a shorter or trader. Everything on this board I am aware can be used against me if I post anything NOT truthful. I post what I know and I post my common sense and logic. I know full well day traders, shorters, arbitrage players HATE my GUTS. That is fine with me I grant you. Sooner or later if the buying is good enough SOMEONE is going to have to cover. If Arcon has done something wrong then NASDAQ will not allow it. They will MAKE THEM COMPLY. You are not very informed as to the SEC rules of 1933 1934 or any other prior rules and regulations. To question my intregrity I grant you I am at war with arbitrage, shorters, day traders and so forth,. If that make me evil because I believe in buying on FA and love it when these types get nailed then I guess I am an evil man. However if this compnay gets JV or buyout I am not sure what that does to the shorters or misinformed. If this little change is a problem and they happen to nail some shorters I will LOVE it myself. Question my character I do not care. The only way I can see you being upset is if you sold prematurely or shorted the dividend or split shares. You play the game you stand a chance to loose. Correct me if I am wrong GB
