Yes, it sure seems like a poor situation. Everyone dealing with BAY must be uncertain of what their future will hold. Still, a company is not really able to say that they wouldn't accept an offer until it's made. What can they say? We won't accept any offer, or we won't accept an offer less than X.

Anyway, share price is down today and it's probably due to disappointment that there was no announcement over the weekend. Seems to me that next weekend is the point of no return. I have pinned my hopes on an announcement at Supercomm. This could mean if they have made an agreement, it would be hashed out over the weekend and announced Monday at the trade show.

We'll see.
