Pinky, You are exactly right about the need for ITKG to become a reporting company. This will be their first step out of the "little league" stock arena. It will give would be investors more confidence to invest in ITKG and give many current investors an incentive to stay long,instead of flipping shares. Becoming a reporting company is also a must in order for them to comply with new SEC rules thus keeping ITKG out of "pink sheet trading". Remember what Mark Williams said in post # 240 of March 13,1998, "We intend to become a full reporting company quite soon. The company is preparing to electronically file with the SEC to become a full reporting company. We are just waiting on the final audit of one of the subsidiaries." Mark made this statement a little over two and one half months ago,soon then means even sooner now! In my opinion becoming a reporting company is the next single most important step that ITKG can make to increase and maintain it's stock price. Mark Williams, if you are reading this would you please give us an update concerning ITKG becoming a reporting company? Long on ITKG.... Best regards, Mike
