FY98 Results

Easily exceeded EPS and Rev estimates
Results included 17.3 mil 1 time charge for acquisition (was
originally estimated at 22-24 mill)
18% incr in license rev (26% incr in key areas)
Sales/Mktng costs decreased 7% from last qtr
DSO down 4 days from last qtr (ever so slighlty higher than FY97)
North America 33% growth
Europe 63% growth
Asia/Pacific stabalized, well positioned for future, ASQ rising
ASQ grew 42%
Ent. App Renewal (Y2K+Euro) grew 66%
Data Connectivity returned to growth LAST qtr

FY99 guidance
------------------------
REV 235-245 million up 20-30%
EPS .95-1.05 up 25-35%
Could be even greater than original FY99 conf. call guidance

Operating earnings increased 3 times
ISLI management change going towards Line-of-business, senior
management remains in place
