THERE IS A LAWSUIT that was filed in Orange County, Ca., by
Rangestar Telecommunication on May 29, 1998 by John Zarian, Esq.
against World Wide Web Casinos, Binki Roo Software, and Peter
Michaels for BREACH OF CONTRACT. The Shareholder Class Action
Lawsuit is being filed early this week and once filed will be
posted in it's entirety on the chat line for all shareholders to
view.
