**Response from Joe Lanza**
Jack,
Who is the good, bad, and the ugly? If Jesus himself comes down and told you something about this company, you would not believe him. I would think that you would listen to someone who has his money in the deal and was watching management. Now management wants him gone. Lets stop the finger pointing. When we spoke on the phone, you asked me to come back on the web, which I have. Since then the mudslingers have returned, which in the long run hurts the company. If Dan L has a deal or not, lets see. Dennis Casey has been working on something since last Oct. Wes wants to hear from Casey. Not me, I want it in writing. I have invested my money and time in this company, and I still think it is a home run. No one in CA can stay, including me. However, I will stay until Joe V and the board are gone, and we have new management. You may not believe this, but I get in their faces for all the stupid mistakes and lack of interest. I can't get through to them, they seem to have all the answers and no experience. Don't worry, Dennis Casey is running Select Switch. This little squabble will blow over soon enough. All I ask is that you give the new board ,whom ever it will be, a chance. Two to three large shareholders should be on the board, with outside technical people as well. This is probably one of the best things that could have happened.
