Insider sales were 122,000 shares for $2,017,410 in May. 115,000 were 144 and 7,000 were S-8. There are still about 152,500 S-8 shares ready to sell.

For those of you keeping score thats 633,377 shares sold by insiders so far this year. After the most recent S-8 shares are sold the Andrea trio will have about 872,000 shares so they will have sold about half their shares (633,377 + 140,000) in the first half of 1998 and about 80% of them since August, 1997.

12,500 of the S-8 shares are for Pilch.
