Have you seen this situation before?

What is your take on the current situation with the CDN exchange? The CDN IMO has always been fairly loose in its requirements. In the CDN guide for quotation there are only three main criteria to be met...

1) The issuer must be a Reporting Issuer, not in default, in the Province of Ontario...

2) The public float must be comprised of a minimum of 100 shareholders with a minimum of 500 shares each(post consolidated).

3) The issuer must be a going concern as evidenced by its most recent audited statements.

The only other thing I see that would move it off the quote system would be that no MM are willing to hold inventory while the value is in a perpetual slide, therefore they won't sign the required letter of undertaking. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

TIA

Rob
