I had a dispute with my broker. Because I used my profits plus my original investment to make next purchase the same day, they laid a 90 days restrictions on my account.(They said I couldn't use my profits immediately after my sales but need to wait three days until my fund comes to my account.)During this 90 days I can only place orders by phone.

Then today I placed one buy orders through phone but was surprised to find I was charged $50 commission contrast to their regular $9.95 flat rate. There is no any indication on their web site that phone orders cost $50 commission.
I think I was treated unfairly. Your comments? Thanks.
