STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Michigan-based Tubby's, Inc., (Nasdaq: TUBY - news), a specialty
sandwich shop featuring grilled submarines, has entered into a Development Agent Agreement with Nordstrom Oil of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, to develop 28 stores throughout the entire state of Iowa over the next ten years.
Nordstrom Oil is the owner and operator of 23 HandiMart Food Stores in Iowa and currently ranks among the top marketers
of Phillips 66 petroleum products in the United States.

David Nordstrom, President of Nordstrom Oil stated: ''We are very excited about our new partnership with Tubby's Sub

Tubby's is celebrating its 30 year anniversary in 1998. Tubby's has 94 stores open and operating in Michigan, Ohio, Arizona,
Indiana, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Alberta and Windsor Canada.
