At 30, ETEC would still be selling at more than double the 5 year lows for P/E, P/Book, P/Sales and P/Cash Flow. To answer your question, it has traded at a much lower price in the past.

Given that its return on equity (20.2%) is at an all time low, there's no reason to believe that ETEC will be immune should the Semi Equipment sector selloff continue.
