All---I caught a press release yesterday 11/19/96--seems COHU will issue 1/100 preferred share rights-- supposedly to prevent unwanted takeover. They say no takeover is in progress to their knowledge. Seems to me there could be fire when there is smoke. Even from such a conservative company. If a sale were to occur--I think it would command a very good price.
