Hello Raymond, Hello everyone, I have some news for you!

I have been trading in Micron for the last couple of months and have now decided to join you. If you a Bull you'll love me and if your a Bear you'll wish I never appeared.

According to EDGAR database these are the current filings.

12/06/95 Putnam holds 3,214,678
02/12/96 Putnam holds 3,723,210

05/09/95 Janus Capital holds 838,000
01/10/96 Janus Capital holds 0

02/14/96 Aeneas Venture holds 412,195

02/10/95 Fidelity holds 1,666,800
02/14/96 Fidelity holds 2,233,462
03/08/96 Fidelity holds 4,258,253

A majority of institutions have increased their holdings - Fidelity +2.59 million shares in one month!

The actual purchase dates are not exact (+/- 30 days approx.). If you look at SKEY's graph it is clear the purchases were made in the first part of February.

At these current prices, based on positive comments made by Mr. O'Leary the CEO, institutions will pickup additional shares.

I feel Softkey investors have a strong opportunity to gain atleast a 20% return in the 30-60 days. My short term target is around 30.

Mr. O'Leary comments have removed the fear of below earnings estimates and point to a bullish future.

THIS ARE MY PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS. TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Aloha
