I agree with your observations. I am not implying that Fiero, Nite or the rest of the shorts were solely responsible. They were though a large part of the whole that is indicative of the current situation. The irrational exuberance of this play by the general public, via mislead speculation and greed,(ie:TTMA), is IMO what set up the tail spin. The rest was just easy pickings for the shorts, institutions, government bodies and all others that recognized or wanted to take this company out for financial or personal reasons. I still don't believe that it was a set up by the company though in retrospect they did feed their own frenzy.
