Hello! David, I have a hunch that many of us are more excited then we are demonstrating on the thread right now! It appears to me that we have quite a mature investor group of posters on this thread, and I imagine that many of us have seen the bad, good and otherwise in various investment opportunities! Thus I think the more low key/ careful approach being demonstrated for now! Just my own opinion of course! Volume over 2 million shares thus far today and a high of .28 cents I think these are some interesting signs that our little railway and the larger players will soon be front and center in the media! JMO! The Conrail Deal! Here are a few things I have heard rumored but please just treat them as my opinions as that's all they are. Verbal argument for the Conrail deal I have heard speculated will take place on June 3rd. and 4th., with a verbal ruling on June 12th. The official written approval ( or otherwise) should be by July 16th.? As already mentioned that's just my take on things, everyone should come to their own conclussions. How does NYRR fit into all this upcoming activity? Time will tell, but I'm hoping that today's increased activity on the NYRR share price and volume is setting a tone as to what we can expect in the days weeks and months to come? Well there's my opinion. Yes! I'm also excited! But I have been disappointed many times before, so I think I'll just sit tight and enjoy the ride! Hopefully a happy and profitable ride! Any one else have some thoughts on todays increased activity on NYRR share price and share trading volume? Best regards, Wayne J.
