Larry, as strange as it sound, I am long MU at 22.5 (however, I have a tight stop loss at 21.75). I think that by Wed noon, the high tech massacre will have run its current course, and after basing around the bottom (or slightly above) for two weeks or so, we'll have an early summer rally. This market looks as if all the pre-warnings are in. If the SOX breaks 242, all bets are off. Zeev
