JDN,

I don't disagree that TAVA has a bright future. However, that means relatively little in a market currently in the midst of a volatile sector rotation/correction.

TAVA failed to come through with anticipated numbers and now next this quarter earnings are being lowered as well.

The problem with this is that Y2K stocks are supposed to be posting very strong numbers, not dealing with downward earnings revision. So as the saying goes, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Now we may wind up "enjoying" a summer of consolidation and trading ranges similiar to last fall until this company starts seeing the synergies bring in the big $$$.

Again, I'm not short, just cautious and very risk adverse. I'm currently playing the sleepers and undervalued plays that offer interesting stories and bargain basement valuations relative to their current prices. I think others will be seeking these companies out as well as the weeks begin to pass by.

Regards,

Ron
