lu is building chips based on AWRE technology that as i understand it will augment their xDSL offerings. it does not compete with the WSTL solution LU is offering.

in addition, LU does not have a marketing relationship with AWRE that i am aware of.

i am not at all sure of ADI/WSTL, merely stating the obvious. to me, that is that a relationship between the two is not unlikely in light of the fact that AWRE is not moving ADIs chips. look at it from ADIs perspective...they dont really care who they work with, they just want to move the chips.
