KAA seems not to mind about our venting to the reporter at this time. So be it. RockChalk: If we are successful in gaining control of the company, many options will be available, including but not limited to: reversing the reverse split keeping the reverse split, but reversing, also, the outstanding shares to prevent dilution. Remember, a clean shell, especially one with money in the bank has value. gerry
