Well . . .RJ still out to lunch but I spoke with John Dicicco.
The co. is about 5 years old, started by RJ who is a company builder more than a mining man.
On the board are a geologist from Thysen Mining and one from Scott Smith - a Nasdaq co., apparently.
This is a scarn deposit in limestone which can be seen on mountainside where old shafts enter it.
Dicicco says the estimated reserve has a "fudge factor" built in - meaning they are confident of the 3 million but expect there is more like 4 or 5 million in reserves. Millstone has assured them (if I understood correctly) that the grade is at least 1 - 2 gm/ton gold, 5 gm/ton silver and 12% copper. They anticipate 5 gm/ton gold and 5 -5 10 gm/ton silver. Copper stays the same.
To be mined by open pit at a cost of $11.00/ton with a gross profit of $26.00/ton and 80% recovery.
The owner of Millstone has "17 or 18" other properties and is piecing them off for development, retaining a 30% interest.
I'm not a mining man so I'm only reporting what I was told.
Make of it what you will.
