For the Obstructor-in-Chief:

Delay is everything - as shown by dropping the executive privilege appeal and imploring the Supremes not to expedite resolution of their remaining attorney-client privilege claims. In fact, that whole strategy is aimed at continuing obstruction and further delay.

Now we know that Clinton really meant:

Later rather than sooner; less rather than more.

Starr has succeeded in showing everyone that Clinton wants above all to delay the truth, the nemisis of the corrupt, and the Clintonista's worst enemy. Every argument the corrupt have put forth has been rejected or proven bogus. As Professor Tooley said yesterday on Meet the Press, Nixon never attempted the expansive claims of privilege this administration has. And this administration has lost and will lose every one.

Btw, Tooley has stated Clinton can be subpoenaed and will be forced to testify - possibly then invoking the Fifth and then being compelled to testify with limited immunity.

Btw2, now we know why all the Clinton defenders are gone from Boink! - they can no longer defend the indefensible and aren't on the Clintonista payroll like Slick's remaining defenders. Too bad none of them had or have the class to admit they were so wrong.
