You call me a whiner while this company decrees to the public that they are doing alright (or at least better) when they are getting whipped. When your brokerage account heads south due to the fact that you thought NSCP mgmt was being straightforward with thier operating results, you just remember not to whine. When MSFT stops charging billion-dollar stock buys in cable as "Research" then maybe we can compare the two accounting depts. and see which is the more honest. Once again, it is not the software industry that is on trial here! It is a single company who has continually pushed its dealings until it finally, blatantly brought an anti-trust investigation onto itself. If anything bad happens to the software industry, you have the arrogance of Microsoft to blame for it all. Shifting attention to NSCP really shows that you have nothing to say in defense of Microsoft and are attempting to divert the attention of the issues. I suppose STAC was also responsible for dirty lobbying tactics in Washington even though they ultimately WON their case against MSFT. It is all part of the same conspiracy and I am sure you have the evidence available in Word97 format only. Cheers, Norm
