Since the beginning, I don't understand why Montain Energy needed to go to the market with a reverse merger. Why not do an IPO and get some money from it. Why the reverse merger? The only answer I have it's because it's fast. For a reason I don't understand either, I have the feeling that the upcoming news (acquisition news) is related to this. For some reason, they had to be public to have this deal going and they had to do it fast. Any body can help me understand here? After all, I'm still a newbie at investing. P.S.: Of course, this is all speculation from me. Take it for what it is.
