George Stephan-lie-alot is sanctioned for lying by omission and willful total NON-recall:

Lamberth ordered sanctions against former White House aide George Stephanopoulos for his responses in a March 8 deposition. ''Stephanopoulos' claims of memory loss are simply not believable,'' the judge ruled. The current ABC network commentator was directed to pay attorneys' fees and costs for ''failing to comply'' with a Klayman subpoena....

...This is the kind of forgetfulness that Judge Lamberth deplored in sanctioning Stephanopoulos. The former Clinton adviser in his March 8 deposition repeatedly responded to Klayman's requested documents: ''I have checked my files several times. I don't have anything.'' When did Stephanopoulos check? ''I don't know.'' Did he check certain specific files? ''I don't remember.''

Lamberth ordered Stephanopoulos to ''conduct a reasonable search for documents'' and then go through another deposition that he would have to pay for. Harold Ickes could face the same treatment.

Marbe it's time to write and tell ABC they must remove a commentator who has such a faulty mind.

It is such a tragedy and so very convenient that all the Clintonistas acquire such advanced and selective Alzheimer's in their prime when called before a court.

There should be a government program devised to help combat this all too-pervasive condition that has reached mini-epidemic proportions among the Clinton-inclined in the D.C. environs.

As Quayle said and the Clintonistas prove in practice,

A mind is a terrible thing.
