And almost everybody buys his products even when an alternative, "just as good" product is available from the competition.

Why are so many businesses phasing out of Novell products and phasing into Windows NT products? Product quality? No. Price and flexibility? Yes. Novell had a head lock on this market for years. What happened?
What exactly did Bill "steal" from Novell?
