dear john, we had a live chat on the net with roger templeton at www.launchingpad.com where he outlined the order of things to come.. it was there he intimated that the form 10 filing could be "within" 2 weeks i guessed wrong and they were off by a week or so as well...end of story, end of discussion. give it a rest willya?
