Richard,

If MGAU is trying to maintain distance, why did they put Le on their board of directors? If he doesn't know everything there is to know about Black Rock, who does? Did he think optioning the Galleon stuff was better than trying for a deal with IPM on Black Rock? The Galleon stuff has to start from scratch, ie. drilling, assaying, recovery methods, etc. Much of that has already been done on Black Rock. Maybe Le doesn't have much faith in Black Rock????????

I don't remember seeing that Maxam holds shares of IPM. If you are talking about the deal with Phoenix and Omega, I suspect that stock was used to cover short selling prior to Black Friday but that is just my speculation. Is there any way to find out how many shares maxam/phoenix/omega currently hold?

Your turn, VBG
