A dilutive acquisition - 333K shares, so what? No I dont think that was it.

Also, I2 down 7.5% so scms in general hit harder than sfa or cis. Some of this must be Manu fallout from last 2 weeks.

Also, apparently Cramer had yet more negative things to say about Enterprise sw in general and Manu specifically. Really, I wish he would cut that out. Cramer really doesn't understand the different enterprise spaces and who really has something vs. who doesn't. His reseach mentions I2/Manu in the same paragraph as Rmdy, routinely.
