That is exactly what I was told. If your broker had inventory of MIDLP on Friday 29, and they filled your order on that day, then you will receive the extra shares. If they have not registered the shares with the TA then you're out of luck. But that may all be academic if the NASD extends the xdate due to lack of proper notice.
In any case I intend to accumulate on dips and stay long.
