I guess it does give some relief to the current shareholders although it does nothing to support the current share price or entice new investors. If anything, it might give some folks reason to sell their shares at current prices and hold onto these "warrants" to recover losses. Don't see how this will help those in at .02-.03 pre-split like Jack once alluded. Additionally, I bet this also gives a stronger stock grip to Pat and his WOTD boys as I'm sure the warrants apply to them too. Some have speculated that they were the ones buying the Reg S last March.
