Does anyone know if we have to concerned about the relationship that the company once had with Langley Financial. LF was one of many who were arrested in a recent Wall Street sweep related to promoters who paid brokers to recommend stocks. NVXE was a LF client. The most recent victim of this was Princeton American (PELT) which was delisted by NASDAQ yesterday. It took weeks for this to happen. There doesn't seem to be any timetable for when delisting may occur (if ever)otherwise I would have shorted every stock mentioned in the indictment. NVXE was not listed in the indictment.
