Jan, each break of major resistance and/or or major support is linked to a fundamental/news event. I use the particulars of the events to gauge the strength of support or resistance, that's what I mean by definite. Most TAers follow the metrics, I also associate fundamentals/events with key metrics. Like the theory of gaps ... and virtual gaps. If P&F reflects supply and demand without factoring in fundamentals, it is not clear that one can say "the rest is history". We'll go shopping together, LU. Yes, I am holding short DELL puts as long as DELL trades as expected.
