Ron,

Maybe you're right. I had some capital gains last year (1997). So you are saying that by having my RMIL stock declared worthless in June of '98 I can go back and file a revised return for '97. I sold another stock at a loss last week. Can I put that on my revised return too?

I don't claim to be an expert at tax accounting, but with the advice you are giving I assume you are. If I send you $1, will you sign my revised return on the line where it says signature of paid tax preparer?

Hmmm, I also had capital gains in '96. Can I apply some of this to that year, too?

This is really great, Ron. You've opened up a whole new area of tax accounting that I didn't even know existed. Maybe Riley and Pugs should pay more respect to this sound tax advice you are giving.

BwwwaaaaaaaaaaHaaaaHaaaaaHaaaaaaa!

Not.
