Phil, This is a quote from Dow Jones Online: "Dell sold 480,000 shares on Feb. 23. As of April 30, he held 103.1 million shares, or 16.1% of the company's stock, according to a company proxy filed earlier this month." - Dow Jones Online I'm sure the Dell Bears can put a negative spin on the fact he sold less than 1% of his holdings and only has 1.2 Million shares remaining.
