IMO, SyQuest won't be going bankrupt any time soon. They have enough cash to finance operations for another few months and there are still millions of warrants out there waiting to be converted. All the EdHeads have to do is to offer more of their patented special incentive giveaways, and they can get their hands on plenty of cash. I expect we'll see some warrant conversions soon. As a result, they should be able to finance a continued SparQ ramp through at least the end of December. By that time, EPS should be break-even or better based on projections of 500K+ SparQs per quarter. In addition, SyQuest can still go after new financing, although I doubt we'll see that any time soon. They'd be better off playing that card later in the game when SparQ sales are much higher and their financial situation has improved.
